NOW CASTING FOR BUG SPRAY COMMERCIAL

SHOOT DATE: March 6th-7th

New casting for a company called BACON. The script is “Pestergeist” which is a spoof on some classic 80’s horror movies. This is a commercial promoting pesticides/bug spray.

ROLES:

HANK

Man, 30’s – 40’s, enthusiastic about DIY pest control, but creeped out by the bugs being his daughter’s friends

JULIE

Female, 30’s 40’s, needs a solution ASAP for the bugs in her house

SARAH

Girl, 6-8 f, lean into the “Poltergeist” character reference or little girls from “The Shining”.

MEMORIZE SIDES:

*Hank and Julie are sitting on the couch, arguing*

JULIE

We’re being haunted by bugs in our own

home.

HANK

Plus, it’s making our daughter creepy.

*Sarah holds a mason jar full of cockroaches*

SARAH

They whisper to me.

*Roaches hiss*

HANK

We need more than some basic bug spray.

Possibly an exorcism.

*Sarah is suddenly next to Hank, still holding the mason jar.*

*Hank jumps slightly*

SARAH

(looking at Hank)

They whisper about you.

*Julie picks up the Riddy (bug spray product) box*

JULIE

Riddy is way more than a basic bug

spray. You plug in your zip code and
