Shoot Dates: July 21–30
Location: Disclosed in official call sheet
Once confirmed, you are expected to show up on all assigned shoot dates for the 12 hours plus overtime (with extra pay) as needed. This is a professional, paid role in a major motion picture, and your reliability is essential.
Call Time: You will receive the exact arrival time the night before each shoot day via email or text confirmation. A full call sheet will be provided with detailed instructions.
Daily Duration: Up to 12 hours (or until officially released). Plan your full day accordingly.
Location: Provided on your call sheet (do not attempt to guess or show up unconfirmed).
Wardrobe/Costume Instructions: Will be provided and must be followed exactly. Some roles may require personal wardrobe items.
Parking & Check-in: Specific directions will be given on the call sheet. Allow time for check-in and parking.
You are participating in a highly confidential production.
You must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before being permitted on set.
No photos or videos are allowed on set under any circumstances unless a special NDA is signed and prior written approval is granted by production or talent can be sued for breach in contract so this is vital to keep full confidentiality, no matter how exciting this is.
No social media sharing of any kind, including vague references, behind-the-scenes content, or hashtags.
Cell phones must remain off and put away while on set.
Violation of the NDA or these rules may result in immediate removal, non-payment, and legal action, including lawsuits for breach of confidentiality.
Rate: Based on standard background rates for feature films (will be specified in your booking confirmation).
Payment Method: Direct deposit only. You must complete all required payroll paperwork in advance.

I-9 (Employment Eligibility Verification)
Direct Deposit Authorization
NDA and other production forms (as applicable)
Government-issued photo ID is REQUIRED — you cannot be on set without valid identification.
A Social Security number/card is required for payroll and tax documentation.
You must bring valid documents to complete the I-9 form. Examples:
U.S. Passport (valid and unexpired), or
Driver’s License AND Social Security Card, or
State ID AND Birth Certificate
All completed paperwork (if emailed in advance)
Any personal wardrobe items requested
A respectful, professional attitude
You will not be allowed on set or paid without proper ID and Social Security documentation.
Be polite, quiet, and attentive at all times.
Follow instructions from Production Assistants (PAs), 2nd ADs, and other set leaders.
Do not speak to or approach principal cast or directors unless explicitly invited.
You must stay in the designated holding area unless escorted to set.
Bring only allowed personal items. Set space is limited and must remain clear.
Being late, missing a day, violating confidentiality, or being disruptive may result in:
Immediate removal from the project
Forfeiture of payment
Disqualification from future bookings
Legal consequences, including fines and lawsuits for NDA breaches
If you are running late, lost, or have a day-of emergency, immediately contact casting at 801-688-5553 and if that number is handling another call, you may reach out to the number provided on your call sheet. (Casting certainly hopes no one is late, unreliable, or any major emergency’s happen since replacements are difficult to find so last minute)
