FEES
RATES ARE DETERMINED BY 8 INDUSTRY FACTORS
1) DAY RATE: (also known as the session fee), this will vary according to experience, for example $1150/day rate, which includes web use.
2) PREMIUM USAGE: Includes social media, product packaging, outdoor media (OOH), streaming (OTT or CTV), broadcast, billboard(s), online digital media, bus side/trans-stop, posters, national ads, signage, P.O.P., national or international advertisements, in-house point of purchase, and buyouts. Still photographs used for broadcast or video usage must be negotiated separately. Premium usage must be stated and agreed upon at the time of booking and must be listed on the model/photography release form. (See below for terms of release).
3) TERRITORIES: local, regional, nationwide, worldwide, etc
4) DURATION (Known as “TERM”): 1 month, 13 week cycle, 1 year, 2 years, 3 years, 4 years, 5 years or on very special occasions buyouts, etc.
5) SET EXPERIENCE/ TRAINING: A lot of Talent have a similar day rate, however, due to experience, session fees vary. Some Models, Actors, or Performers have booked some of the biggest brands in the world and have a higher day rate due to their level of performance ability, this may include our Supermodels, well recognised film actors, or our Celebrity Division.
6) SCOPE OF WORK: Clients must indicate the role of the performer, length of session, number of scripts, and full media terms prior to the booking. Anything out of the ordinary which may include night shoots, stunt work, firearms, kissing, underwear, jumping into cold water, physical actions, public appearances or promotional activities should be discussed prior to the booking.7). UNION STATUS: Rates vary based on Talent’s union affiliation—non-union, SAG-eligible, SAG/AFTRA (with rates ranging from regular to above scale), or Fi-Core. SAG rates can vary further depending on factors like film budget and actor’s role, time on set, and any negotiated special circumstances. Non-union and Fi-Core talent available for non-union projects; print advertising not subject to union regulations. SAG-AFTRA governed film, TV, Radio, and Industrials must adhere to union rules and rates as per contracts.
8). EXCLUSIVITY: Exclusive contracts often include clauses that prohibit the model from working with competing brands or companies during the duration of the contract. This means that the model cannot appear in advertisements, promotions, or other marketing materials for similar products or services offered by competitors.

Client Insurance Responsibility – Talent Booking Clarification
Thank you for your interest in booking talent through our agency. As a licensed talent agency, we represent the talent, handle submissions, and coordinate the booking process. However, we do not provide or require proof of insurance from our end because:
We are not the employer of record on the production or set.
The client or production company hiring the talent is responsible for maintaining any necessary general liability insurance, workers’ compensation, or production-related coverage required for the job.
This is standard industry practice for commercial shoots, film productions, promotional events, and photo shoots.
If your production requires coverage, your insurance policy should list “hired talent” or “temporary workers/independent contractors” under the appropriate provisions for the day(s) of the shoot.
Please let us know if you have any specific documentation or waivers the talent needs to sign related to your coverage.
