BOOKING CONFIRMATION PROCESS
A booking is only confirmed through a written Deal Memo issued by Stars Talent Studio.
A booking is considered confirmed when:
A written Deal Memo has been issued
All terms are agreed to in writing
Talent has accepted through the Agency booking platform
Verbal conversations, email discussions, or informal messages do not constitute a confirmed booking.
4.1 Holds & Availability
To maintain professional scheduling standards, Stars Talent Studio follows structured industry hold procedures.
1st Hold (First Position) Gives the Client priority on a date. The Client must confirm or release the Talent by the stated deadline. Failure to release may result in the hold converting to a booking or triggering cancellation fees if other work was declined.
2nd Hold (Second Position) Places the Client in line behind a 1st Hold. The date is not secured. If the 1st Hold releases, the 2nd Hold may confirm. If the 1st Hold confirms, the 2nd Hold is automatically released.
Confirmed Hold Indicates clear intent to book while final details are completed. Late release may trigger cancellation or kill fees.
Soft Holds Soft holds are informal expressions of interest used during planning stages when budgets, approvals, locations, wardrobe, or other production details are still being finalized. Soft holds assist with availability forecasting but do not secure dates, provide priority, or prevent other bookings. Only 1st Holds, 2nd Holds, or Confirmed Holds protect availability.
CLIENT MUST PROVIDE BEFORE CONFIRMATION
Project title and brand/client name
Union status (SAG-AFTRA or Non-Union)
Shoot and hold dates, including expected hours
Location(s) and designation of local hire vs. travel
Wardrobe requirements, including fittings if applicable
Hair & makeup instructions (provided by production or required prep)
Full usage and licensing details (media, term, territory, paid usage)
Exclusivity requirements, if any
Failure to provide complete and accurate information may delay confirmation or require renegotiation of rates and terms.
COMPENSATION STRUCTURE
Talent compensation is structured into two separate components, each serving a different purpose. These payments are independent and not interchangeable.
1. SESSION / WORK FEE
The Session (or Work) Fee compensates the Talent for time spent performing services, including time on set, rehearsals, fittings, content creation, and required availability.
This fee covers labor and availability only and does not grant any rights to use Talent’s image, likeness, voice, or performance.
Session fees are paid per half-day at $500 or full-day booking at $1000, typically, some Talent due to experience & image may be higher, or some may be slightly lower. Request a bid for Talent Selects anytime.
2. USAGE / LICENSING FEE
The Usage or Licensing Fee grants the Client permission to use the Talent’s likeness, image, voice, or performance for commercial or public use.
Licensing must be clearly defined and include:
Media
Platforms
Territory
Term (length of use)
Licensing is time-limited and commonly structured:
Per term (e.g., 3, 6, or 12 months), or
Per year, with renewal required for continued use
Any use beyond the agreed licensing period requires a paid renewal. Use outside agreed media, platforms, or territories also requires new licensing approval.
Because media usage structures vary widely across platforms and campaign types, Clients are encouraged to discuss their specific media plans with Stars Talent Studio to ensure accurate licensing structure and pricing. For bid requests or usage quotes, contact Amber Evans at 801-688-5553 or [email protected].
Use beyond the defined media, term, territory, or platforms constitutes unauthorized usage and may result in additional licensing fees, penalties, takedown requests, or legal action.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY & THIRD-PARTY USE
If an advertising agency, production company, casting company, or intermediary books Talent on behalf of a brand, network, studio, or other funding entity, the booking party is responsible for ensuring that all usage terms, licensing restrictions, and renewal obligations are fully communicated to and honored by the end client and any affiliated parties.
The party executing the booking remains financially responsible for all session fees, usage/licensing fees, renewals, overages, expanded usage, and unauthorized use claims, even if the content is later controlled, distributed, licensed, edited, archived, or repurposed by another entity.
Transfer, sharing, syndication, archiving, reposting, or distribution of footage, assets, campaign materials, or edited versions to any third party does not transfer licensing rights or payment responsibility without prior written approval from Stars Talent Studio. Licensing rights are non-transferable unless expressly authorized in writing.
The booking party is responsible for ensuring compliance by:
Parent companies
Subsidiaries
Media buyers
Distribution partners
Social media agencies
Affiliates
Retailers
Platforms
Any downstream users
Failure of a third party to comply with licensing terms does not relieve the booking party or end client of payment obligations.
The booking party agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Stars Talent Studio and its Talent against claims arising from unauthorized use, licensing violations, or failure to obtain proper usage rights.
THIRD PARTY IS RESPONSIBLE FOR TRACKING LICENSING
The Work Fee pays the Talent for their time, known as the Session Fee.
The Usage Fee pays for permission to use the Talent or the Talent’s image for the negotiated term or licensing period.
Both are required.
PAYMENT TERMS
First-Time Client Prepayment Requirement
First-time clients are required to submit full payment in advance prior to any confirmed booking with Stars Talent Studio. Prepayment secures scheduling and allows the Agency to release Talent and production resources.
Failure to provide required prepayment may result in:
Booking delays
Loss of Talent availability
Cancellation of the booking request
Payment Processing & Payee Instructions
All payments must be issued directly to Stars Talent Studio as the authorized booking agent.
Agency Address: Stars Talent Studio 2901 W. Bluegrass Blvd, Suite 200 Lehi, Utah 84048
Payment must be issued exactly as instructed by Stars Talent Studio. No changes to the payee are permitted without prior written authorization from the Agency.
Late Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all approved invoices are due Net 30 from the invoice date.
Payments not received within 30 days will incur:
A late fee of 5% of the outstanding balance, and
Interest of 1.5% per month (or the maximum allowed by law) on unpaid amounts until paid in full.
Client is responsible for all costs associated with collection of overdue balances, including administrative time, collection services, and reasonable legal fees.
Outstanding balances may result in suspension of future bookings, release of held dates, and withholding of licensing approvals until the account is brought current.
USAGE & LICENSING
All usage rights must be clearly defined in writing prior to booking. Talent work/session fees compensate for time and labor only and do not include licensing rights. Unauthorized or expanded use constitutes breach of contract and copyright and likeness rights infringement.
Usage Must Be Defined in Writing
Client contracts, deal memos, and confirmations must specify the exact scope of usage being purchased. Undefined, open-ended, or “all media” language without limits is not permitted.
All usage agreements must clearly state:
Media Type(s): Television, Streaming, Web, Social Media, Print, Out-of-Home, Broadcast, In-Store, Internal/Corporate, etc.
Platforms & Placement: Organic social, paid ads, boosted posts, whitelisting, brand website, retailer site, OTT, YouTube, Meta ads, programmatic, etc.
Licensing Term: Length of time the content may be used (e.g., 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, per campaign).
Territory: Local, regional, national, North America, worldwide, etc.
Start and End Dates: Usage begins and ends on clearly defined calendar dates. Indefinite use is not allowed.
Licensing Principles
The Usage or Licensing Fee grants the Client permission to use the Talent’s likeness, image, voice, or performance for commercial or public use.
Licensing is:
Temporary, not permanent ownership
Limited to the defined media, platforms, term, and territory
No rights are implied. Any use not expressly granted in writing is prohibited.
Client may not, without written approval and paid renewal:
Extend usage beyond agreed dates
Move content into new media
Repurpose footage into new campaigns
Transfer assets to third parties
Use for paid advertising if only organic use was licensed
Licensing Structure
Licensing is time-limited and commonly structured:
Per term (e.g., 3, 6, or 12 months), or
Per year, with renewal required for continued use
Any use beyond the agreed licensing period or outside agreed media, platforms, or territories requires new licensing approval and payment.
Licensing Tracking & Renewals
Stars Talent Studio monitors licensing expiration dates and may contact the Client prior to expiration to determine whether to renew, expand, modify, or allow usage to expire. Renewals must be approved and paid before the new usage period begins.
Unauthorized Use
Use beyond agreed terms constitutes:
Breach of contract
Copyright and likeness rights infringement
and may result in additional licensing fees, penalties, takedown requests, or legal action.
9. AI / ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE RESTRICTIONS
No artificial intelligence, machine learning, digital replication, or synthetic media use is permitted unless expressly approved in writing within the official Deal Memo issued by Stars Talent Studio.
This includes, but is not limited to:
AI-generated likeness replication
Digital cloning of face, voice, or body
Deepfakes or synthetic performance creation
Training AI models using the talent’s image, voice, or performance
Use in virtual avatars, digital doubles, or CGI recreation
Modification of performance using AI tools
Voice synthesis or voice modeling
Image manipulation beyond standard retouching
Generative AI use for future campaigns
Talent performance, likeness, and voice may not be scanned, captured, digitized, stored, or repurposed for AI-related use without written authorization in the Deal Memo defining:
Scope of AI use
Media and platforms
Term and expiration
Territory
Compensation specific to AI usage
Unauthorized AI use constitutes material breach of contract and violation of likeness and intellectual property rights and may result in legal action, damages, and immediate termination of usage rights.
RENEWALS
Renewals are not automatic and must be negotiated and paid before the new usage period begins:
Original licensing rate + 25% increase per renewal term (typical)
Expanded scope or placement may increase renewals to 50%-100%, as negotiated
Plus the standard 20% agency fee
EXCLUSIVITY
Exclusivity is never implied and must be clearly defined in writing, including product category, competitors, territory, term, media, and compensation. Because exclusivity restricts a Talent’s ability to work, it requires additional fees beyond session and usage.
Typical Rate Bumps
Narrow / Limited Category: +25%–50% of usage fee
Full Product Category: +50%–100% of usage fee
National Brand Conflict: +75%–150% of usage fee
Global or Broad Restrictions: +100%–200%+ of usage fee
Extended Terms (12+ months)
Additional renewal fees apply and may increase if restrictions expand. Vague terms like “no competitors” are not valid. Any expanded exclusivity after booking requires additional compensation.
WARDROBE & FITTINGS
Fittings are considered paid working time, and appearance changes are strictly controlled to protect the Talent’s professional image and future bookings.
Standard Fitting Rate
Fittings are billed at $100 per hour with a one-hour minimum, plus the standard agency fee. The minimum charge applies even if the fitting lasts less than one hour.
If a fitting exceeds two (2) hours, it converts to a half-day session rate, as the extended time commitment limits other booking availability.
Fittings canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time remain subject to the one-hour minimum charge.
Appearance Changes
Clients may not alter a talent’s appearance without prior written approval from Stars Talent Studio.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Haircuts or major hairstyling changes
Hair coloring
Facial hair removal or growth
Spray tans
Body makeup that alters natural skin tone
Piercings or visible body modifications
Why This Policy Exists
A talent’s appearance is part of their professional brand and marketability. Unauthorized changes may interfere with future bookings, contracts, or continuity requirements.
If a Production Requests an Appearance Change
The request must be submitted in writing before the booking is confirmed
Additional fees may apply
Both the Talent and the Agency must approve in advance
No appearance changes may be introduced on set without prior written approval.
13. TRAVEL & LOCAL HIRE
If travel is required, clients must confirm airfare, lodging, ground transportation, per diem, baggage requirements, and travel logistics in writing prior to booking confirmation. “Local hire” means no travel compensation unless negotiated and documented in the Deal Memo.
13.1 Travel Day Compensation
Travel days are considered working days, as Talent must reserve the day exclusively for production and is unavailable for other bookings.
Travel time is billed at 50% of the booked session rate, with a minimum travel day fee of $500.
If total travel time exceeds six (6) hours door-to-door, the day converts to a full session rate.
Travel days do not include performance services but are billable in addition to session fees, usage fees, and any applicable overtime or premium scheduling.
Ground transfers exceeding 90 minutes each way may incur additional compensation due to extended travel duration.
13.2 Mileage & Ground Transportation
When Talent travels by personal vehicle:
Mileage is reimbursed at the current IRS standard mileage rate (e.g., $0.67 per mile).
Mileage is calculated round-trip from the approved departure location.
Mileage reimbursement applies when travel exceeds 30 miles outside the Salt Lake City metro area or when Talent is required to transport wardrobe, props, or equipment.
13.3 Long-Distance & Out-of-State Travel
For extended or out-of-state bookings, Client is responsible for:
Per diem for meals and incidental expenses (typically $75–$125 per day or higher)
Per diem applies to each travel day and shoot day away from Talent’s home base.
13.4 Parking & Incidentals
Parking fees, required permits, and approved transportation expenses incurred during the booking are reimbursable with receipts.
13.5 Travel Insurance & Cancellation
If Talent independently purchases travel for a confirmed booking, Client is responsible for reimbursing any non-refundable or unused travel expenses if the booking is canceled, postponed, or rescheduled by Client.
13.6 Agency Airbnb Option
Stars Talent Studio maintains a private Airbnb that may be available to accommodate out-of-state Talent traveling for confirmed bookings when they are booked as Utah local hires. Availability is limited and subject to scheduling. Use of this option must be coordinated and approved in advance.
SAFETY & MINORS WORK GUIDELINES
All productions working with minors must comply with:
Federal labor standards (FLSA)
State child labor laws in the state where filming occurs
Film/entertainment child performer regulations applicable to the production location
Union rules when applicable (SAG-AFTRA, etc.)
If production occurs outside Utah, the stricter standard between Utah law and the local state law shall apply.
Work time includes all time on set, including waiting, rehearsals, fittings, travel time required by production, and wardrobe.
Infants (0–12 months)
Very limited time under lights or on camera
Quiet, temperature-controlled environment
Frequent feeding and sleep breaks
No loud noise, smoke, flashing lights, or stressful setups
Parent/guardian present at all times
Toddlers (1–2 years)
Short work periods with frequent breaks
Safe, low-stimulation environment
No long holding times or complex direction
Guardian must remain present
Young Children (3–5 years)
Short, structured work segments
Play and rest breaks
No late-night or distressing material
School-Age Children (6–12 years)
Schedule must accommodate schooling
Required breaks, meals, and rest
Studio teacher/school time may be required on school days
No hazardous or emotionally intense content without disclosure
Teens (13–17 years)
Work hours must remain within legal limits
Meal breaks and rest periods required
Cannot be treated as adults under labor law
Applies to All Minors
Production must provide a safe, hazard-free environment; appropriate meals, hydration, and rest areas; parent or guardian access; and full disclosure of scene conditions.
Production must obtain any required work permits, entertainment work authorizations, or school release documentation required by the filming state, and provide required set teachers, welfare workers, studio teachers, or child labor monitors when mandated by local law.
Stars Talent Studio reserves the right to enforce the most protective legal standard applicable to the minor. If required permits, supervision personnel, schooling accommodations, or legal protections are not in place, the Agency may remove the minor from set. Removal for safety or legal non-compliance does not void Client payment obligations.
15. CANCELLATION POLICY (KILL FEES)
Once a booking is confirmed and accepted, the Client becomes financially responsible for the reserved time. If a confirmed booking is later canceled after the Talent has committed and held the date, a kill fee applies. Because Talent often declines other work once booked, the kill fee compensates for lost availability. Kill fees are standard industry practice and reflect payment for reserved time, not penalties.
Standard Cancellation / Kill Fee
5+ working days’ notice: No fee
3–5 working days’ notice: 50% of booking fee due
Less than 3 working days’ notice: 100% of booking fee due
This policy protects Talent from last-minute cancellations and lost work.
15.1 Weather Holds & Weather Cancellations
When a production is scheduled outdoors or is weather-dependent, the following applies:
If Talent is placed on weather hold and later released:
Within 24 hours of call time: Full booking fee is due
Within 48 hours of call time: 50% of booking fee is due
If Talent is held available for the booking date but not used due to weather, a holding fee of 50% of the booked rate may apply.
Weather-related cancellations do not override Talent booking protections once availability has been secured.
16. ADDITIONAL FEES, SERVICES & SPECIAL CONDITIONS
Certain services, conditions, or production requests require advance disclosure and may incur additional fees. These must be approved in writing prior to booking confirmation.
The following may require additional fees:
Wardrobe fittings
Travel days (non-performance days)
Extended usage, licensing expansions, and renewals
Overtime
Early call times or late wraps
Hair and makeup prep outside paid session time
Weather holds, delays, or reshoots
Specialized skills, equipment, wardrobe, or props
Influencer/UGC usage and paid social media usage
Screenwise Casting services or additional casting support
Detailed rates or terms for these items may be outlined in a project addendum when applicable.
Holiday, Night Shoots, and Premium Time Rates
Bookings scheduled on holidays, overnight hours, or outside standard production times may incur premium rates.
Holidays: Typically billed at 1.5x or higher
Night/Overnight Shoots: Typically billed at 1.5x due to rest and scheduling impact
Early Calls/Late Wraps: May trigger overtime or additional fees
Premium rates apply even if Talent is released early. All premium scheduling must be disclosed and approved in writing prior to booking confirmation.
Use of Talent’s Real/Legal Name
Using a Talent’s real name in advertising or promotions is considered an endorsement right and may require additional fees.
Name use is commonly billed at approximately 25% of the usage/licensing fee, with a general range of 25%–100%, depending on how the name is used and the visibility of the placement.
16.1 Use of Agency Casting Services (Screenwise Casting)
Clients utilizing Stars Talent Studio’s in-house casting division, Screenwise Casting, may incur additional fees for professional casting support services, which may include:
Casting coordination and role breakdown development
Script distribution and submission management
Audition collection, organization, and review
Shortlist recommendations and presentation
Callback coordination and booking support
Deal memo administration support
Common industry pricing structures for casting services may include:
Flat project-based casting coordination fees
Hourly casting support rates
Percentage-based casting fees for larger-scale commercial, television, or film projects
All casting services are considered additional production services and are separate from Talent booking fees unless otherwise stated in writing.
All casting-related services, fees, and scope must be discussed and approved with the booking agent prior to the start of the project to ensure transparency, accurate quoting, and documented Talent consent. No additional casting fees will be incurred without written confirmation.
CONTRACT REVIEW
All contracts, deal memos, NDAs, releases, and legal documents must be reviewed and approved by Stars Talent Studio prior to Talent signing.
Talent may not independently negotiate or execute agreements. Any document signed without Agency authorization may be considered invalid.
18. CONFIDENTIALITY, SET CONDITIONS & PRESS
On-Set Environment Disclosure
Client must disclose in advance whether the production will operate as a closed set or open set.
Closed Set: Only essential crew required for filming are permitted in the area. Used for sensitive wardrobe, minors, intimate scenes, medical themes, or privacy-sensitive performances.
Open Set: Standard production environment where additional crew, clients, or observers may be present.
Set designation must be communicated prior to booking confirmation so Talent and parents/guardians (if minors) can make informed decisions.
If a project requires a closed set due to wardrobe, age, or scene sensitivity and this was not disclosed in advance, Talent and the Agency reserve the right to:
Pause filming
Renegotiate terms
Remove Talent from set
Failure to disclose set conditions may be considered a breach of booking terms.
Confidentiality, Non-Disclosure & Social Media
No posting, sharing, tagging, or disclosure of project information is permitted without prior written approval from both the Client and Stars Talent Studio.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Behind-the-scenes photos or videos
Wardrobe, scripts, call sheets, or production materials
Brand names or product launches
Campaign concepts, unreleased content, or storylines
Other Talent or celebrity presence on set
Filming locations not publicly released
Talent may not announce bookings, repost brand content, or share footage unless usage rights specifically allow it and written permission is granted.
Likewise, Client may not publicly post Talent content outside licensed usage, including:
Using Talent in social posts beyond contract scope
Tagging Talent for promotional purposes outside agreement
Sharing raw footage, unused takes, or rehearsal content
Unauthorized disclosure or posting may result in:
Immediate takedown request
Licensing violation claims
Removal from future booking eligibility
Legal remedies for breach of confidentiality
These protections apply during production and after project completion until content is officially released.
These measures protect minors, brand launches, celebrity privacy, NDA compliance, and licensing control.
FINAL EDIT & BRAND SAFETY
Client retains final edit unless otherwise agreed in writing. However, Stars Talent Studio may restrict use of Talent’s image, likeness, voice, or performance if it constitutes misuse, misrepresentation, or falls outside agreed terms.
This includes misleading edits, unapproved endorsements, undisclosed sensitive content, defamatory portrayal, or use beyond licensed media, term, or territory.
The Agency may request correction or removal. Noncompliance may be treated as a breach of contract.
GOVERNING LAW
All bookings, agreements, and policies are governed by the laws of the State of Utah unless otherwise agreed in writing.
ACCEPTANCE
By requesting, confirming, or engaging Talent through Stars Talent Studio, the Client acknowledges and agrees to all booking policies, terms, conditions, and usage requirements outlined herein.
Submission of a booking request, issuance of a Deal Memo, written confirmation, or use of Talent services constitutes full acceptance of these policies, whether or not a separate signature is obtained.
Client agrees that these policies govern all services provided by Stars Talent Studio, including Talent representation, licensing, scheduling, payments, and usage rights.
SECTION 2 — LEGAL PROTECTIONS & LIABILITY
2.1 FORCE MAJEURE
Stars Talent Studio, Talent, and Client shall not be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather emergencies, government orders, labor strikes, transportation disruptions, illness outbreaks, or other unforeseeable circumstances. Bookings affected by such events may be rescheduled or subject to negotiated terms.
2.2 INDEMNIFICATION
Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stars Talent Studio, its Talent, agents, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or legal actions arising out of:
Production activities
Unsafe working conditions
Unauthorized usage of Talent likeness
Breach of contract by Client
This indemnification includes attorneys’ fees and legal costs. It applies even if Stars Talent Studio or its Talent are named as parties in a claim, lawsuit, or legal proceeding resulting from the Client’s actions, omissions, negligence, production decisions, or licensing violations.
2.3 INSURANCE REQUIREMENT
Client is the controlling employer and is responsible for maintaining a safe workplace in compliance with Utah law and OSHA standards.
Client must carry appropriate general liability and workers’ compensation insurance and provide proof upon request.
Stars Talent Studio acts solely as a booking agency and is not the employer or worksite operator. The Agency and Talent are not responsible for production-related injuries, damages, or losses arising from the production environment.
2.4 DATA, BIOMETRIC & LIKENESS PROTECTION
Client may not capture, store, analyze, or use biometric data, facial recognition data, voiceprints, motion capture data, or other likeness-based digital identifiers of Talent without written authorization in the Deal Memo. This protection is separate from AI usage restrictions.
2.5 PAYMENT DISPUTE WINDOW
Any invoice disputes must be submitted in writing within 10 business days of invoice date. Failure to dispute within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of the charges.
2.6 CREDIT / ATTRIBUTION
Talent credit, name usage, or public attribution is not implied and must be negotiated in writing. Absence of credit does not affect payment obligations unless otherwise stated in the Deal Memo.
2.7 JURISDICTION & VENUE
All legal matters arising from bookings shall be governed by Utah law and resolved in courts located in the State of Utah, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.8 SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these policies is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
2.9 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Stars Talent Studio’s total liability arising from any booking, agreement, or services provided shall not exceed the total agency fees paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim. In no event shall Stars Talent Studio be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including lost profits, reputational harm, or business interruption.
2.10 NO PARTNERSHIP OR EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIP
Nothing in these policies or bookings creates a partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, or agency relationship between Stars Talent Studio and the Client. Stars Talent Studio acts solely as a booking agency.
2.11 CLIENT WARRANTY OF RIGHTS
Client represents and warrants that it has secured all necessary rights, permissions, licenses, releases, and clearances required for the production, including but not limited to locations, music, trademarks, scripts, artwork, and third-party content. Stars Talent Studio is not responsible for legal claims arising from Client’s failure to obtain proper rights.
2.12 SURVIVAL OF TERMS
All provisions related to payment obligations, licensing restrictions, indemnification, confidentiality, usage rights, dispute resolution, and legal protections survive completion of the project and termination of the booking.
2.13 AMENDMENTS IN WRITING
No modification, waiver, or change to these policies or booking terms shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by Stars Talent Studio.
2.14 ASSIGNMENT RESTRICTIONS
Client may not assign, transfer, sublicense, or delegate booking obligations, licensing rights, or contractual responsibilities to any third party without prior written approval from Stars Talent Studio.
2.15 LEGAL NOTICE REQUIREMENTS
All legal notices or formal communications must be in writing and delivered to Stars Talent Studio at the official agency address or designated email on record.
2.16 COLLECTION & LEGAL ENFORCEMENT COSTS
If legal action is required to enforce payment or licensing terms, Client is responsible for all reasonable legal fees, court costs, collection expenses, and post-judgment interest.
CLIENT PROTECTION STATEMENT
These booking policies are designed not only to protect Talent, but also to protect Clients, brands, agencies, and production partners from legal risk, licensing disputes, and usage conflicts.
By clearly defining session fees, licensing terms, media scope, territory, term limits, renewal requirements, name usage rights, AI restrictions, and third-party responsibility, Stars Talent Studio ensures that all Talent usage is properly authorized, documented, and legally compliant.
This structure helps prevent:
Copyright and likeness infringement claims
Unauthorized or expired usage disputes
AI and biometric misuse liability
Endorsement and name-rights violations
Minor labor law violations
Misuse of confidential production materials
By working within these policies, Clients gain the benefit of:
Documented licensing rights
Clear renewal processes
Defined usage boundaries
Legal compliance support
Reduced exposure to legal claims or takedown demands
These policies create clarity, protect production investments, and help ensure campaigns can run confidently without future legal interruptions.
These booking policies, terms, structures, rate frameworks, and contractual language are proprietary to Stars Talent Studio and are provided solely for the purpose of governing bookings made through the Agency. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of this document or any portion thereof without prior written permission from Stars Talent Studio is prohibited.
